Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon
Ingredients :
1 fillet salmon, deboned
1/2 cup First Taste Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp First Taste Harissa Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Debone salmon fillet and cut into individual servings and place in shallow pan lined with foil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small pot add the Honey Ginger vinegar and bring to a simmer and reduce by half. Set aside and let cool slightly.
Whisk together the Harissa infused olive oil, coarse ground mustard, dijon mustard, honey, and Honey Ginger reduction. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the honey ginger mustard glaze over the salmon. Place into oven and bake for 6-8 minutes until desired doneness.
Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the fillet.
