Parsnip Puree

Parsnip Puree
Ingredients :
1 bag Parsnips, peeled & chopped
4 Tbsp First Taste Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp First Taste Organic (roasted) Garlic Infused Oil
salt and pepper to taste
Peel & chop parsnips into even sized pieces. Place parsnip pieces into medium pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer until fork tender.
Drain parsnips in colander then place into food processor and add both Oils, salt and pepper to taste ~ pulse until smooth consistency.
